Experts say that within an hour of exercising while being angry you stand a greater chance of getting a heart attack and the risk is greater during 6 p.m. to midnight.
Dr. Jacob further said that if you are middle aged or have a history of heart disease you should be more attentive to these factors. Experts say that in order to live a proper healthy life you should have control over your anger and carry out regular exercises
